by commissioning me, you (the client) agree to the following terms of service.general terms
1. Project timeline is usually 1–4 weeks, depending on the complexity, current queue, and my availability. I’ll inform you in advance if delays occur.
2. deadlines are accepted but must be clearly discussed before the project begins. i’ll confirm whether it’s feasible based on my schedule. (Rush fees may apply for tight deadlines.)
3. artist reserves the right to refuse any commission request with any reason.
4. refund can be requested before the commission started and after started with partial refund based on the progress made.

workflow
1. Commission requests are submitted through chat or email after initial discussion.
2. 25% upfront payment is required before work begins. The remaining 75% is paid after the draft is approved.
3. two major revision is allowed and Up to five minor revisions are included. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
4. Final design files will be delivered via email in PDF/PNG formats.
5. Source files (like PSD or AI) are not included unless requested with an extra fee or extended license.

Standard License (Default)
1. You may use the design for your brand, social media, marketing, or commercial products.
2. You may not resell, redistribute, or modify the design without permission.
3. I retain copyright and may use the design in my portfolio and promotions (unless NDA is requested).
Extended License (Paid Upgrade)
1. Full copyright ownership and source files will be transferred to you.
2. You may edit, repurpose, or resell the design as needed.

1. working time for one artwork is 1-4 weeks depending on queue, complexity, and artist's schedule. any delay will be notified.
2. I receive commission with deadline but please tell me in the beginning so i confirm if it possible or not based on my workload (extra charge will be applied).
3. artist reserves the right to refuse any commission request with any reason.
4. refund can be requested before the commission started and after started with partial refund based on the progress made (max 50%).
5. artwork default size will be 2039×2894px canvas (350 dpi), and 2000×2000px canvas size for Icon commission.

workflow
1. commission information submitted via google form after you contacted me.
2. front payment 50% and full payment after the sketch approval.
3. major revisions are allowed once during the sketch phase, and up to three minor revision are allowed. extra revisions may incur extra charges.

artist's rights:
1. artist has full copyright of all commissioned artwork, including the right to use it in their portfolio, social media, or promotional materials.
client's rights:
1. client may use the artwork for personal purposes.
2. client may not claim the artwork as their own or alter it without the artist's consent.
3. using/edit for personal use is allowed including freebies.
commercial use:
1. commercial artwork will be charged double.
2. can be resold as merch and promotional purposes.
3. merch design (illustration + design merch) will be charged extra.
